Possibly one of my favourite structures in London, Smithfield Meat Market. This beautiful building was a constant in my life for many years, they are in the process of moving the meat market and renovating part of the structure. Hopefully, they won’t ruin this fantastic London landmark.

EDC - Casio F-91w is the world’s most popular watch!
I have just purchased this little beauty for less than £20, is it better than my other watch that costs at least ten times more - that depends on what you're looking for? This budget-friendly timepiece is a bit of a classic, it’s also the world best-selling watch - cheap, functional and unobtrusive It is probably the perfect everyday watch and that’s exactly why I have one.
But there is also something quite special about this little watch see below

Small living spaces create some really interesting designs
With the growing need for affordable housing small-living solutions may become more of a feature in the urban landscape. Japan is well known for its tiny homes but designs are popping up all over the world as people come up with creative ways to create a home.
I have started a newsletter specifically for Petrol Heads!

Health & Fitness
The most common chronic health conditions in the UK
Allergy was the most common reported chronic condition in the UK followed by high blood pressure, lower back issues and depression.
Of these four conditions three could be improved if not resolved with diet and exercise.
A healthy diet can improve your mental health. Combined with exercise and avoiding alcohol and smoking, your mental and physical health should see a marked improvement. The benefits of looking after our health and well-being also have the knock-on effect of taking the pressure off medical services.
