COOL LOCATION

Royal Exchange London

The Royal Exchange was founded in the 16th century by Sir Thomas Gresham, a wealthy merchant and financier. Destroyed by the Great Fire of London in 1666. It was later rebuilt in the 17th century. Today, the Royal Exchange continues to be a center of commerce, but it is primarily known as a luxury shopping and dining destination. Beer of the week

Union Friday IPA

And Union produces great beer for every day but Monday!

Friday IPA is an easy-drinking and tasty Pale Ale that combines the best of German brewing and ingredients with a zesty, bold taste profile.

“We are a Modernist Bavarian beer. We believe the basic principles of modernism reside in purity, rationality, simplicity, and the honest expression of the nature of materials and their quality. This is why our beers are made the old-fashioned way – produced according to the German Purity Law – with only malt, hops, yeast, and water. We love, live by, and follow this philosophy. Solid fundamentals. No gimmicks. No bullshit.”

Trekking Poles: Unveiling the Advantages

Ever wondered why incorporating trekking poles into your hikes is a smart move? :

• Easing the Strain: As you stride, these poles absorb shocks, alleviating the burden on your body. Uphill or downhill, these poles are like silent companions, soothing knee discomfort and improving endurance by curbing fatigue.

• Balancing Act: Battling instability? Four points of contact are better than two. Walking poles— bolster your stance across diverse terrains, from jagged rocks to snowy fields and babbling brooks.
