Whiskey Myers hails from Palestine, Texas, and are known for their unique blend of Southern rock and country music. The group consists of musicians Cody Cannon, John Jeffers, Cody Tate, Jeff Hogg, Tony Kent, and Jamey Gleaves. Isle of man TT

The Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy) is the legendary motorcycle racing event that takes place annually on the Isle of Man. Known for its challenging and treacherous course, the TT is considered the most prestigious and dangerous motorcycle race in the world. Riders navigate the 37.73-mile (60.72 km) Mountain Course, reaching incredible speeds while tackling twists, turns, and high-speed straights. The event attracts riders from around the globe who compete for victory, pushing the limits of speed and skill in a true test of endurance and bravery. 

Records Broken this year at the TT:

The Birchall brothers beat their own sidecar record that they posted earlier in the week with a new all-time lap record of 120.645mph.

Peter Hickmans amazing 136.358mph lap in the second Superstock race on Friday is the fastest ever recorded around the 37.73-mile Mountain Course.

Hickman also set a new Senior race record in the fastest-ever six-lap race in history at the TT, completing the 226.38-mile distance in a time of 1h 42m 29.488s.

TRX training straps for home workouts.

TRX(Total Body Resistance Exercise) straps are a versatile tool for suspension training, offering a wide range of fitness benefits. From enhancing balance and core strength to boosting muscular strength and cardiovascular fitness. These lightweight and portable straps can be utilized in various settings, whether it's a gym, a local park, or even the comfort of your own bedroom.

I have been looking for an alternative to the gym and these straps have worked out really well. There are plenty of companies making these straps with TRXtraining being the originator, but they are also quite costly.

Thankfully we have Amazon and there are a number of cheaper options available. After a bit of research, I settled on these. They tick the box for being affordable while maintaining quality.

Simply adjust the straps, hook the pad behind a door, and off you go. The only downside with this model being the exercise routine they supply is pretty basic and difficult to understand, but a quick search on Youtube will provide all the exercises you could need.
